Pit Master, Jason Blanchard, has been smoking delicious meats for 20 years. Jason loves to serve you and truly enjoys making people happy through his barbecue creations from the bbq food truck.

We love giving back as much as we can. We have donated barbecue to local charities and organizations. Served at many events for our local YMCA and Humane Society in our bbq food truck as well as sponsoring school sports.

Pork, Brisket, Ribs and Chicken are seasoned with our very own bbq rub and smoked to perfection in one of our 2 professional smokers.
Sandwiches
Pork, Brisket and Chicken Sandwiches piled high with more delicious meat than you could possible eat in one sitting.
Nachos
Our famous Nachos are loaded with salty corn chips drenched in spicy cheese sauce and stacked with over a half pound of whatever meat you would like.
Plates
Plates come with 2 sides, typically our very own bbq beans and cool coleslaw. Catering menu offers more side options and can substitute desserts as well. Never know until you ask.
